Traditional Medicinals announced in 2020 that they would be locating a new $29.7 million East Coast manufacturing plant in the Summit View Business Park. Traditional Medicinals is the leading seller of organic herbal wellness tea in the U.S. and is a proud Certified B Corporation. Founded in 1974 in California, Traditional Medicinals embraces sustainability, ingredient purity, and social and environmental activism.
ValleyStar Credit Union
ValleyStar Credit Union’s Administrative Campus created 20 jobs with 40 positions at the 19,000-square-foot facility and was one of the first tenants of the business park. ValleyStar Credit Union has been serving members and businesses with financial products and services since 1953. ValleyStar serves more than 54,000 members with locations across five regions in Virginia and North Carolina.
Stik-Pak Solutions
Stik-Pak relocated to a new manufacturing and packaging facility in the North Region of the park. The contract packaging company, a subsidiary of M&H Holdings, built a 50,000-square-foot facility on 8.8 acres and employs 85-95 people. Stik-Pak has been doing business in Franklin County since 2010. The company serves the food industry and is SQF 2 certified, FDA registered, and certified USDA Organic.
