  • The park is less than 20 miles from the interstate with proximity to international, commercial, and general aviation airports. 
  • Norfolk Southern’s bulk transfer terminal is approximately 20 miles from the site, with convenient access to bulk merchandise transported via rail, and can handle food ingredients, construction materials, metals, and manufacturing inputs.

Commonly accessed programs include the Franklin County Job Creation Grant, the Franklin County Training Grant, Fast Track Permitting, and Tax-Exempt Industrial Development Bonds. Traditional Medicinals announced in 2020 that they would be locating a new $29.7 million East Coast manufacturing plant in the Summit View Business Park. Traditional Medicinals is the leading seller of organic herbal wellness tea in the U.S. and is a proud Certified B Corporation. Founded in 1974 in California, Traditional Medicinals embraces sustainability, ingredient purity, and social and environmental activism.

ValleyStar Credit Union Administrative Campus

ValleyStar Credit Union

ValleyStar Credit Union’s Administrative Campus created 20 jobs with 40 positions at the 19,000-square-foot facility and was one of the first tenants of the business park. ValleyStar Credit Union has been serving members and businesses with financial products and services since 1953. ValleyStar serves more than 54,000 members with locations across five regions in Virginia and North Carolina.

Stik-Pak Contract Packaging

Stik-Pak Solutions

Stik-Pak relocated to a new manufacturing and packaging facility in the North Region of the park. The contract packaging company, a subsidiary of M&H Holdings, built a 50,000-square-foot facility on 8.8 acres and employs 85-95 people. Stik-Pak has been doing business in Franklin County since 2010. The company serves the food industry and is SQF 2 certified, FDA registered, and certified USDA Organic.
