I help empower others in a yoga practice on and off the mat that can help them manage stress, regulate their nervous system, and build self-awareness and self-acceptance.
I love working with new Yogis, and I have a passion for helping students find their own Yoga practice.
We offer in-studio and online yoga classes, along with private one-on-one or group classes. We also offer corporate packages and corporate wellness consulting.
Why did you choose Franklin County for your business?
I was born and raised in Franklin County, so moving back here to open my business allows me to reconnect with family and childhood friends.
