Just Perform Training started off as a personal training business, but has now expanded into a gym here in Rocky Mount, VA. Just Perform Barbell offers a modern and unique training facility with amenities such as an infrared sauna and tanning. What makes my training facility unique from other facilities is the attention to details that make the training experience more effective. The equipment you’ll find in my facility is from the top manufacturers in the industry such as: Gymleco, Rogue, Atlantis, Nautilus, and Life Fitness. Come visit our location and your first day pass is on me.
Why did you choose Franklin County for your business?
I’m a native of Franklin County and graduated from Franklin County High School in 2017. No better place to start than home.
